Contacting Members

1. How do I contact other members? |
|
There are two levels of contacting a member – Expressing Interest (for FREE) and Writing personalized messages (for Premium Members). To contact members, you need to be logged in.
How to Express Interest:
This is a FREE feature available to all members
On any profile that you like, click on 'Express Interest' option next to the space for photograph or scroll to the end of the matrimonials profile.
Click the 'Express Interest' button.
An email will be sent to that member telling them of your interest.
How to write personalized messages:
On any profile that you like, write upto 250-character personalized message with every Express Interest, Accept or Decline mail.
Click on the Communicate section. Click on the Compose link on the left menu to write to any member of SimplyShaadi.in provided you both have accepted each other.
Likewise, when other members like your matrimonial profile they can express interest and write to you using similar procedure.
NOTE:
You cannot express interest in more than 50 members in a day.
SimplyShaadi.in may restrict the free expressing interest feature in cases which SimplyShaadi.in deems appropriate in its sole discretion. |

2. Can I express interest in other members for free? |
|
SimplyShaadi.in allows you to express interest in potential partners for FREE. You can do this simply by using the 'Express Interest' button found at the bottom of each profile. This will let the member know that you are interested in them.
However, you will need to be a Premium Member to write personal messages to other members. Your chances of getting a response increase 12 times, if you write personalized messages. So we recommend that you sign up for a premium membership. Compare Shaadi.com membership options
